A Water Softening Plant produces treated water to meet the varying requirements of various end users. Treated water is of good consistency quality, low soluble content and low residual hardness throughout the service cycle. The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ions with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions. Treated water meets the requirements of various end users such as, drinking water for domestic use, water for use in food processing industry or any other applications which require clean soft water.

 The Water Softening Plant is designed for the pre-treatment of water for various applications. Treated water has a consistency quality with low residual hardness throughout the service cycle. It features high flow rates, simple operation, and maintenance free operation.

Water describe as “hard” contain high levels of dissolved calcium and magnesium. Hard water can reduce equipment efficiency and life for industrial and commercial applications ranging from restaurants to boiler and cooling tower pretreatment. Problems related with hard water can be minimized by using a hot water softner which exchanges troublesome calcium and magnesium ions with sodium which is less soluble and does not precipitate out of solution to form scale.
